Basement Water damage

This recent project in Westerville, Ohio involved a basement that was flooded due to a sump pump failure during at a time when there was a significant amount of rain.

The bottom portion of the drywall needed to be removed, along with baseboards, carpeting, tack strips, etc.

The area was dried and tested for moisture, treated with antimicrobial agents, and repaired. New drywall and baseboards were installed and repainted, and new carpeting installed.

We will work with your insurance company on any water, wind, or fire damage claims, to get your home repaired as soon as possible.
