It is hard to believe the condition of this kitchen before we got here. This was a complete disaster that we remodeled for a local investor. It had been a low income rental property that had been vacant and was heavily damaged by vandals.

We built this custom bathroom in an older victorian home, utilizing a custom shower pan, travertine tiles, custom shower doors, custom glass block window, and designer plumbing fixtures.

This Westerville home received a complete new kitchen. We installed a new ceramic tile floor with diamond pattern inset, new peninsula cabinets, new custom built island countertop, and new appliances!

This older victorian home in Delaware was completely repainted on the exterior, and included some wood replacement.

This nice Westerville ranch home received new gutters, downspouts, exterior powerwashing, trim paint, and leaf guards.

This is a room addition in Columbus that added approximately 250 square feet of living space and also converted a half bath into a full bathroom.

The addition included an expanded crawl space, and doubled the size of the existing family room.

When completed, the room gave the appearance of having been a part of the original construction of the home. Our goal is to make your addition seamless in design and construction through the highest quality of construction.

This project involved replacing an exterior wall that had rotted away due to continued exposure to water because of poor drainage.

Part of the Stucco had to be removed, interior walls taken out, and the structural wall, sill plates, and support joists needed to be rebuilt.

The interior was refinished, and the stucco was replaced at the repaired area. We also incorporated a waterproof membrane behind the stucco to prevent future damages.

This recent project in Westerville, Ohio involved a basement that was flooded due to a sump pump failure during at a time when there was a significant amount of rain.

The bottom portion of the drywall needed to be removed, along with baseboards, carpeting, tack strips, etc.

The area was dried and tested for moisture, treated with antimicrobial agents, and repaired. New drywall and baseboards were installed and repainted, and new carpeting installed.
