What this means to you, is that if your home is built prior to 1978, you can rely on Banyan Builders to safely perform renovations on your home. Not all homes built prior to 1978 contain lead based paint, but we can provide you with the proper testing to give you that peace of mind that your home renovations were completed in accordance with EPA standards.
